Opening the Club

1. Open front door of clubhouse with current code.
2. Enter your info on the sign-in sheet on the east wall by window.
3. Open storage closet with current code. Remove a tally sheet, cash box, and plastic envelope – make sure key ring is present.
4. Turn on the skeet & trap circuit breakers (2 at bottom). Turn on the field lights (if needed).
5. Connect the skeet cord and open the skeet & trap houses. Be sure machines are full and there are extra targets in the houses.
6. Turn on the water pump (hot water only to wash dishes).
7. Turn on coffee machine at power strip on table, wait until ready (green light on machine glowing) to start brewing.
8. Prepare sign up sheets for skeet & trap.
9. Weather permitting, put out the small American flag on side of trap #2 scorer's shed.

Closing the Club

1. Turn off the skeet & trap machines, release arms.
2. Return the skeet cord to the clubhouse and the trap mic set-up to the trap house. Lock the houses.
3. Turn off skeet & trap circuit breakers (and field lights, if approp).
4. Turn off water pump and hot water.
5. Turn off coffee pot heaters and power strip.
6. Place cash & completed tally sheet in plastic envelope, insert in top slot of strong box on floor of storage closet.
7. Lock all the windows & doors, if opened. Turn off all lights.
8. Sweep. Clean up clubhouse & leave it better than you found it.
9. Place garbage in small trash tote and cardboard in large dumpster. Do not put cardboard in garbage.
10. Put the flag away.
11. Sign out (time of departure on the sign-in sheet).
12. Lock front door of clubhouse with current code.
