Proposed amendments to the club constitution

These amendments were put forth at the December 7, 2011 meeting. Specific cites and related areas of impact will be added.

#1 Proposed Amendment *ADOPTED BY VOTE, Jan 4, 2012*
"...the president will preside over all meetings..." change to " the president will preside over all meetings except the Directors meetings where he will be an invited, non-voting guest."

#2 Proposed Amendment *DECLINED BY VOTE, Jan 4, 2012*
Change: "The general membership monthly meeting..." to "The general membership meeting to be held bi-monthly (occurring every two months), starting in January 2012."
